About the owner

The owner is a  British qualified architect feasibilty consultant who frequently advises buyers regarding foreign property purchase including residential, hotels and commercial property worldwide.

It was the owners wish to visit the property throughout the year and to be in an area where a car is not necessary. The owners liked the Gommar area of the Port as it is quiet residential and close to the town and seafront but sheltered from the main seafront winter sand storms. The villa is close to shops and restaurants whilst a short walk brings you to the centre of the town, harbour and the beautiful beaches a similar distance walking.
