Low advertising rates with no agents commission to pay
The fee to advertise the sale of a property with us is 98.00 pounds per property. The advertisment will run for a period of 12 months unless cancelled. There will be no refund granted once the advertisment has been placed. The average agent fee in the Balearic Islands is 5% of the sale price. All enquiries come to directly to you, with no commission to pay on sale. We act as a venue and as such are not party to any transaction and therefore can not be entered into any contract relating to a property on this site. All dealings are direct between the two parties and we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any listing, health and safety issues or any other consideration to do with the the property.
