Low advertising rates with no commission to pay
The fee to advertise your holiday home with us is 98.00 pounds per property. The advertisment will run for a period of 12 months. There will be no refund granted after advertisment is placed. All enquiries come to directly to you, with no commission to pay. We act as a venue and as such are not party to any rental transaction and therefore can not be entered into any contract relating to the rental of a property on this site. All dealings are direct between the two parties and we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any listing, health and safety issues or any other consideration to do with the renting of the property. The renting of any property is between the two parties. This site acts as a venue only allowing direct contact with renters and owners of holiday accommodation.
